2) Transfer of personal data for the purpose of order handling
2.1 For the purpose of contract fulfillment, personal data collected by us are transferred to the transport company commissioned with the delivery, provided this is required for delivering the goods. For the processing of payments we pass on your payment data to the authorized banking institution.
2.3 If delivery of the product takes place by the transport service provider (Deutsche Post AG, Charles-de-Gaulle-Straße 20, 53113 Bonn), we pass your e-mail address to DHL with your express consent prior to the delivery of the product for the purpose of coordinating a date of delivery, as follows:
"I agree that my e-mail address will be passed to DHL (Deutsche Post AG, Charles-de-Gaulle-Straße 20, 53113 Bonn) to enable DHL to contact me per e-mail prior to the delivery of the product for the purpose of coordinating a date of delivery. I can withdraw my consent given to you at any time.”
Otherwise, we only pass the name of the addressee and the delivery address to DHL. In this case, a preceding coordination about the date of delivery with DHL is not possible.
3) Credit rating or identity testing and scoring in case of purchase on account
In case you have chosen the payment method Klarna payment service-Klarna invoice or Klarnainstallment purchase, you have given us permission, when processing the installment purchase and the credit rating and identity test, to collect and transmit to Klarna all necessary personal data such as surname and first name, address, date of birth, sex, email address, IP-address, telephone number as well as those data necessary to process the purchase on account which are related to the order such as amount of articles, article number, purchase amount and taxes in percent. These data are transmitted in order to enable Klarna to create an invoice and carry out the identity and credit rating check when processing your purchase according to your desired invoice processing. In this regard, Klarna has a legitimate interest, pursuant to the German Federal Data Protection Act, to transmit the personal data of the purchaser. It needs them to obtain information from credit rating agencies regarding credit rating and identity check. In Germany such credit rating agencies are:
